Since most of our services involve custom development, digital products, and third-party registrations, payments made to Codeingil are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been delivered.

2. Website Design & Development

• Projects can be cancelled before development begins.
• Any advance payment made after project initiation is non-refundable.
• If the project is cancelled by the client after work has started, Codeingil reserves the right to retain payments covering work completed.
• Completed websites are not eligible for refunds.

3. Mobile Application Development

• Custom mobile application development services are non-refundable once development has started.
• Payments made for completed milestones cannot be refunded.

4. Domain Registration

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and related services are processed through accredited registrars and are non-refundable once successfully registered.

5. Web Hosting Services

• Hosting services may be cancelled at any time.
• Fees already paid for hosting plans are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
• Domain registration charges included with hosting packages are non-refundable.

6. SSL Certificates

SSL Certificate purchases are non-refundable after issuance because certificates are generated and validated by third-party Certificate Authorities.

7. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

• Monthly SEO, social media marketing, PPC management, and digital marketing retainers are non-refundable after work has commenced.
• Services already delivered cannot be refunded.

8. Software Licenses & Digital Products

Software licenses, downloadable products, templates, source code, plugins, themes, and other digital products are non-refundable after delivery.

9. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation by contacting us in writing.

If cancellation is requested before any work has begun, Codeingil may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial or full refund after deducting any applicable administrative or payment gateway charges.

10. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate payment.
• Incorrect amount charged due to technical error.
• Payment processed but service cannot be delivered by Codeingil.

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

11. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 15 business days. Actual credit timelines depend on your bank or payment service provider.

12. Payment Gateway Charges

Payment gateway fees, transaction charges, taxes, domain registration fees, and other third-party charges may be deducted from any eligible refund where applicable.
